| Pinnacle Support Program subscriptions are available on a per license basis only, for the designated product and cannot be upgraded, downgraded or transferred. Subscription fees are fully-earned when billed and paid. Subscription fees are non-refundable. |

| Subscriptions for all Pinnacle products and services are automatically rebilled until cancelled. |
